Makes me want to tear my house down and rebuild. I have to stop visiting these sites. I could get dangerous.
AMEN….. I think I will make the move one of these days. Price has to be right…..
What Steve forgot to post is that this house is listed for sale:
Quaint and cozy!
I know that housing prices in Colorado have skyrocketed over the last two years, but this is ridiculous. I don’t know a single lender that will finance furnishings so, how about a home price that is reflected without them. In perusing the rest of the neighborhood, homes near this price range are 4 to 5 times as large. I don’t see this appraising for anywhere near what the list price is.
Sorry, it’s nice; but Edgewater is no Aspen.
A lovely small home…I especially love the kitchen with all it’s unique touches (sink/faucets, the island, the wall of appliances and the globes). The bathroom is very nice as well. Love the wood on the ceiling, too.
$795. per square foot! last sold in 2011 for $105,000. That increase in value has not happened anywhere else in the country, doubt is has here!!!
On the Zillow listing it costs this house is quite a bit ($100K!) MORE than all the other more normal sized properties in the neighborhood. It’s beautiful for sure, but the price has to be a joke!
Yes indeed… a lot of negative comments when I first saw this on THListings as well !!! Ridiculousness is always trending somewhere, especially if you are buying/falling for it – BEWARE!!! LOL Celebrity housing I guess ??? LOL
A little too busy. Less is better. The mix is just a mix and not trendy, though looks like its trying to be.
This house was listed for $395,000. Then priced dropped for $365,000. The city appraised value is only $153,620. For a 1 bedroom house. If they actually sell for their listed price I will be shocked!!
