Finally a house from Italy! Love the windows with the wooden panels – such charm – reminds me of my grandmother’s house!
Perfecto!!!
sigh. Gorgeous. Thank you for the mini-vacation 🙂
I feel warm and fuzzy on the inside looking at these photos! 🙂 So charming and beautiful! I love the white and other neutral colors, the shutters inside the bedroom and even the wallpaper. And those doors and the hardware on them! I agree with Dana! Thanks for the vacation… even if it is but a few moments!
Searching for a used small house in the capitola, CA area.
It is so nice to see a floor plan! I wish every submission had one.
What a jewel of a casita ! There are so many delightful places, people, and things in Italia. Bellissima !

AGREED… Especially with Laura ( ground plans help sooooo much to understand sometimes incongruous photos and vignettes). Wonder if the price is as modest and manageable as this poetic, unassuming small gem. Naturally sweet eye candy for sure! Thanks for sharing!
Love it…. Simple style, practical.. perfect. Love the clean clear look and minimalism. Well done
Bravo, bravo!
