Beautiful renovation! And it’s for sale?! I hope it goes quick for the owners. It should. Love the finished basement as well!

Humble, homey, suburban dream with many nice features, hopefully not a nightmare price. I really like the organized functional simplicity!

What a poor souless little house!

The soul of a house comes from the people who live in it…

It does, that’s true, but somehow I think this is what this house looked like when it was occupied. There’s not a stager in the world who would hang the pictures that high AND furnish a space with such, I don’t know, deeply suburban furnishings?

If it was for sale when these photos were taken, maybe that explains the “souless” appearance of the house. Real estate agents typically encourage sellers to strip away all their personal belongings and leave it pretty bare so potential buyers can visualize their possessions in the home. I agree, it was impersonal but perhaps that was because it was staged for being shown and hopefully sold…

This place is very beautiful, warm and lovely… but… WAY to big for someone like me. Holy pizza!
I’d need a skateboard just to get around in it (and forget all that housework and gardening!) I hope
some nice, young couple buys it and has a beautiful life in it raising a lovely family.

If only! This house is amazing! I’d move in this house today. It’d be perfect for my husband and I. I hope TN approves tiny or small homes allowing communities in the beautiful homes being built and lived in many states in the USA. This is by far my favorite…..

How much? Where is it? Specs?

Not quite swoon-worthy in my opinion, but that’s due mainly to personal decorating taste. Nice rehab, tho, and family friendly. I wonder about cabinet heights (too high for us shorties?) and back of house (needs something?… not sure what.)

I live in Columbus, not too far from Kossuth St. I will have to check this house out. It is more than GORGEOUS!

    Hi all,
    I read : List Price: 189900 …

Would love to see the floorplan because I don’t understand the layout, like where are and how do you get to the bedrooms…

Nice pictures and thanks for everything here THS !

I went by this house. Neighborhood a little iffy but up and coming. Went into contract in 24 hours like all the houses in Columbus! Breaks my heart. On top of everything else it has a two-car garage and two off-street parking spaces in the alley. Unheard of in this area.

I want to know what is inside that 3′ thick wall that runs through the center of the house. I can’t believe no one mentioned it. There has got to be something in there, right?
