Small House Big & Small A small home in Mt Washington, Los Angeles, California with no full height dividing walls. Designed by Anonymous. by Steven Previous Post Next Post
What is the square footage, please.
I like it!!! Wonder if there is a bathroom upstairs? I like “small” so much better than “tiny”!
I just discovered this blog tonight, but I can’t help but agree with you Patricia! I don’t want a huge house that takes up tons of space, but I DO want a kitchen with an oven large enough to bake a pizza in, and a living and/or eating area large enough for entertaining some guests!
I really like this place. More info, please! SQ footage, floor plans, etc.
I’m not usually a fan of modern architecture, but this is really nice.
THAT IS NICE!! 🙂
Love it….could this dwelling, or something similar be built in a north east climate? Post more and let us know. Thanks for posting this one Anonymous.
Hi Jessica..I had just asked the same question on another Post…why are we not seeing these in the NE,
Do they work for 2 people And, can we start a movement? Wendie
Small but good! Looks pretty big or big enough! Size and price?
Clean and crisp. Very nice.
this is awesome, wooded floors and the focal point wood wall, bedroom sky light ..room for a garage… can’t get any better than that! pls send info..$? 🙂
..by the way, wooded stairways and the windows! lol…. i need info on this pls!
This is one sweet pad…but for those asking about price: location, location, location, so I suspect, even despite its size, it does not come cheap.
LOL, my thoughts exactly Debbi…when I saw “LA” as the location I thought…. theres a million dollar home right there hahahaha. Great idea though, for people in other locations with a small hillside lot, were it could be built for a reasonable price 🙂
All this beauty in a Cliffside box…it certainly is no dumpster (with the garbage cans out front it goes industrial even)!!! Thumbs Up!!!
How do I get one
Amazing! I would love a home like this. Love the garage, perfect!
