What is the square footage? This is a beautiful home. I’m inspired by the fact that this home is for a family rather than a couple. With 4 children, I have reluctantly put my small home dreams on the back burner due to not enough designs to accommodate. Very nicely designed!

Wonderful, wonderful. It’s actually designed to live in year round and not for a get away place. High praise……I could live here!!!

I loooooooove this…. Why cant we do something like this in the UK. These houseboats are more homey than the barges we home in here.

What a great place to live.

This house is BEYOND awesome!! It is bright, airy, sleek and modern, yet projects a tangible coziness. Also, it is surely a family home without being obnoxiously huge. On top of all that, it FLOATS! Is this Paradise??

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Can you please post who built it, square footage and cost? How does it buffer the waves during the stormy November to January season? Do you get sea sick? We are considering a move to the B.C. coast which is essentially the same climate and single family homes are simply not affordable. This looks like a fantastic alternative! More details, please!:)
