    I have a freand who lives in a garage and had a outhouse has water and electric and not cable TV and he’s happy

    Generous angles, photos of ‘great room’, pretty place, lavatory occupied? If I added one of those tiny 3 in 1 kitchens and a laundry all in one machine I could possibly live there and feel stately at the same time.

      I agree Putty! I would also like to add a loft space and a wood burning stove/fireplace on the wall without windows. This design is pretty neat! Seems… fresh for a lack of words!

    I NOW LIVE IN BOHEMIA, NY ARE THERE ANY OF THESE TINY HOMES FOR SALE AND RENT. I WOULD LIKE TO OWN MINE AND HAVE ONE FOR MY GIRLFRIEND TO LIVE IN. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME. THE ONE I LEFT ABOUT FLORIDA I WAS LIVING THERE SO LONG I FORGOT I MOVED TO NY WHERE I GREW UP AND BELONG. NOT WITH A BUNCH OF Q-TIPS WHO CAN NOT DRIVE. FLORIDA IS VERY BEHIND.

      Nancy, do you think maybe the sofa doubles as a bed? It’s a nice design, could definitely make a nice place to live full time with a few tweaks. Looks very open and airy.
