My thought here is that it is far easier to reconfigure a bed (area) than it is to reconfigure a bathroom with fixed fixtures. In the instant case, I’d turn the bed around and make the back of the sofa the headboard and give the resident of the bed a nice view out of the windows; maybe add some draperies on the inside and some colorful flowers or a themed garden (like Japanese) on the outside to look at. You’ve got to admit, though, that bathroom is fabulous; I could take up permanent residence in that bathtub with no problems 😉
Lisa, those are my thoughts, exactly! From looking at the outside, I was expecting a loft, albeit an open one. Perhaps this is built for those who cannot or don’t wish to climb? There appears to be room for a small but very decent staircase…
its a good design. it flirts , on leaving the tiny borders boundaries of the tiny house. but then it
jumps back in those boundaries. there is some hardness around the edges.
but overall it looks a bit more of a home. than 90 percent of the tiny houses
out there. would/ i buy it yess.

see a noral tiny house doesnt increase taxes, or needs local permits,
Tiny houses need local permits in all too many areas of this country. You don’t just “roll up and park” wherever you like, as lots of people have lamented on these sites. Also, this is a “small” house, not a “tiny” house. As such it’s expected to be permanent when built. You will never find a house like that for $4000; that is unrealistic.
Beautiful home! I would like a bit more bedroom space, but don’t mind the openness to the rest of the house. Nice sized kitchen, amazing bathroom and nice living space. A little loft would be a great addition.
Love this space, I agree with some of the previous comments about putting in a loft for a bedroom space, and turning the corner where the bed is into an office/desk area. I fear however, that eliminating some of that openness of the floor plan might detract from the seemingly spaciousness of this tiny place. It currently looks bright and airy and roomy with those high ceilings and putting a loft in might make it fell more true to its petite size. I also love that the rainwater collection system provides all the necessary water for the space, add some solar panels and take me completely off grid and I’m all over this place! Very cut indeed!
