Looks great and is lovely and spacious, but it appears to have no space for a bathroom or bedroom and does not have a proper kitchen. It is not a Small House !!
All of the furniture is rigid and stiff and there are no colors to speak of. It looks like it is intended for commercial purposes only. Not very inviting.
My IDEAL space! My Preferred ENERGY! What almost looks like a boring suburban tract house surprises from inside taking it beyond the box. Unassuming casual elegance with grace to spare.
I tend to agree with Lisa E. It’s not the furniture, color palette, or the building that puts me off. I love minimalist design. But, this home is so… empty of humanity. There is nothing there that is personal or descriptive of the person who owns it. It’s more of a staged shell. It’s like a doctor’s office waiting room.
No cooking or sleeping spaces shown. Agree it appears commercial. With those additions…would be lovely.
