Love love, love!
Absolutely gorgeous! I wish it were mine!
This is just perfect!! The house is great, the location is great. Everything is warm and cozy and just darn lovely!!
Were I gifted this house I’d jump; but I wonder what sq. ftg. marks the difference between a “small house” and something larger? This house seems larger than what I think of as a Small house”.
It is lovely! But, am I misinterpreting things or is it not really too small? That open den/living room area looks pretty big. What is the total square footage, do you know? Again though, a lovely home in a lovely spot! I’d be on the sun porch all the time…
It is lovely. Wonderful place!
Amazing lake view!
I agree with Chris… That sun room is amazing! But wow, so is the whole house! Love all the warmth that it entails! Beautiful work!!
Beautiful! I would love to live in this one. Hw many sq. ft. does this one?
Iis this a summer house only?
Agree with all. Pitch-perfect.
The way it hugs the property in that second to last photo… GORGEOUS ! The meandering paths, nonchalantly strolling – sloping toward the water under the watch of a stately stance of trees… and the simple, unassuming outdoor shower !! You have me sold !!!
Well done…… I could live there!!
Fantastic! The entire space is lovely and finally, an outside shower! I look for one in all of these great little houses, and this is the first. Thank you, it’s one of the great pleasures in this world.
