Good heavens, but this is a delightful little place ! What a terrible pity that there are no floor plan and details as to square footage, etc. Please give us more information !

This is a boathouse??? Yikes, I’d move in faster than a red hot NY second!
This is beautiful and even has a water view.
It does seem to need a bathroom with shower and a place to hang coats, etc., though.
I’m just sorry it isn’t in Oregon…
