WITH ME JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING HAS TO BE OLD WORLD, COASTAL, AND/OR TROPICAL; BUT THIS IS FABULOUS. THE REFRIGERATOR AND APPLIANCES ARE AWESOME AND THE ROOMS AMAZING. FOR ONCE IN SO MANY PLACES THE APPLIANCES ARE NOT DARK, BUT ADD SOME LIFE. YES, YOU CAN MAKE THIS A TROPICAL PARADISE, I AM A WOMAN AND I SHOULD KNOW. HA,HA, HA!!!

I really like this layout. The only things missing are stacking washer and dryer and a dishwasher. I won’t live without those things again. To live small and efficient doesn’t mean living like a caveman… unless you want to.

      David,

There IS a dishwasher. Look again. And the stackable W/D are likely hidden in the closet behind the TV.

A delightful little house, with everything in it that is needed. Did I see a washer & dryer? How sad not to be able to view the floor plan.

From a builder and inhabitant of small homes- I applaud this production. Classic architecture that graces its community, and a high level of finish and convenience. I see very little use in these tiny homes that require a person to become a slave to their abode, here the home becomes the companion the the owner. Well done.

Such an awesome and well laid out home! Love the built-ins.

The back splash in the kitchen was a genius way to add a pop of color to the neutral tones! And pocket doors are always awesome but even more so in small dwellings. I love everything about this home… small, cozy, tidy! Love the mailbox, too. 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

I find the interior decorating very ho-hum, but man-O-man what an otherwise perfect little place!

We are pushing for this type of cottage in SF, for back yards… Our standard lot width is 25 feet.

    What company makes this?
