What? A million 5 for the house alone?
Yes Keith… I wouldn’t doubt it. Where did you see the price listed for this? Anything remotely considered ” THE HAMPTONS ” or in proximity can fetch at least a million. We have a family member who in the 1960’s built a “tract” per say of what were modestly designed and priced 3 bedroom, 2 bath, great room with fireplace off kitchen/ dining area, 2nd floor decking all around and covered patios below with a one car garage homes. Actually vacation homes but could be lived in year-round. They were simple, smart, contemporary without being pretentious, not sprawling but quite ample and sat on beautiful waterfront parcels in Sag Harbor. With Mid-Century American Design experiencing such a ” Renaissance “… I wouldn’t be surprised if they too are going for almost as much.
Somebody has been drinking too much Kool aid. I wouldn’t offer $105,000, sorry.
