    I might have to swap out a minor personal annoyance or two like the shallow eating counter etc., but otherwise I think this is one of the most beautiful, practical, seemingly well-built and simplistic houses ever seen on SHS !!! I’ll be checking the building firms’ site especially since located in the northeast !! Thank You, Best Wishes and keep up the wonderful work !

    This is what I have been looking for–a well-built small home. My problem is the lack of this type housing in Florida. Can you build here?

    You do NOT want your structural timbers exposed to the outside. That is crazy! This house is in real trouble long term. I cant believe an engineer signed off on that, it must have been sold as a barn.
