I love the open feel of the Mill House. What is the sq. footage and the price of this one, not including the land as I already have that.

Pristine yet suitable for life and living…a certain nonchalance which converges with high art. A worthy candidate for the pantheon of fine architects and ARCHITECTURE !!! No small feat.
I’m in awe with this home. It’s got alot that I dream for my own home, yet it’s got so much more that I didn’t know I’d like, or I’d want. I love to have this home in the backwoods of appalachians. Live in nature as if being part of it, so close.
