I wish this is how we built things here in America. After all the time, this cottage still looks so cozy, inviting and dweller friendly. Most of foundation housing we build here in the US today is only worthy of a good tear-down in our many tomorrows. I envy them their whole villages of beauties like this. If I weren’t headed for a THOW, I’d want to find a builder who would make me one of these; just gorgeous in every way.

I love this house. I have been collecting stones from my hillside and want to make something like this. Doubt I will ever find anyone to do it or get a permit.

Now that is a cozy, “instantly feel at home” kinda place!

I would like to know more about the history of the house.
Who built it? Was it a farm, a hunting cottage, a summer home, etc?

This is my dream place to live. I just love everything about this little cottage. So much charm, and warmth. I can see my romantic shabby chic furniture looking perfect inside. Just fabulous!
