How is this a small house? It’s massive! Lovely though.

Love it, love it, love it. So spacious it makes me think it is not small but I still love it. The wooden features are great yet they don’t make the place dark and dreary like so much wood does. And there is plenty of room in that kitchen for an island. And it has modern radiators. I should be so lucky.

While they kept with the original structural design on the ceilings and rafter areas they did not keep with it on the walls which I think is just wrong. Homes that have a historical significance MUST be restored to original for posterity…not ruined with ill-suited visual modernization. History is so very important to maintain and if you chose to purchase a historical property, you should be prepared to restore it to as close as original as possible. Top not do that is almost criminal. If you want a new structure then build a new structure.
