I’m submitting pictures of our small 990 sf “Sunshine” house in Seattle We’ve lived here since 2008 and over the years have done some work ourselves like install a hardwood maple floors recycled from an old local HS basketball court. We’ve also worked on the yard to install a vegetable garden and a green house. Sunshine houses my wife and I and our 2 1/2 year old daughter. She was built in 1919, has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and sits on a 7500 sf lot.

Beautiful small home! Love the hardwoods, your touches of antique and rustic furniture and your lovely garden/yard.

Its very peaceful and calm. Everything you have done has got ‘art’ written over it. Love it.

I would like to know the location in in Seattle, my home. I moved from the Olympic Peninsula to AZ to care for my mother who has recently passed and I am ready to come home. Need to sell my home here in AZ and would like to relocate back home, WA, by June/July 2015. Please provide me information requested and cost if for sale. This is what I am looking for, small but not tiny. I’m a country girl and a gardener so this cottage is perfect for me. Being a senior I don’t need a large home. Thank you for your reply, please send to personal email.
    Peace,
    Cynthia

Just the right size for an adverage couple. You don’t have to work like a dog to pay a house payment for having a nice home of this size, whatever your taste, a house this size could be anything and decorated anyway you like. I feel as the population grows, we all need to downsize to live with the basics to make a house a home. I would take it even if I was a millionaire, you don’t need to live in rooms that no one will ever use. Americans believe in excess and it proves success, nothing could be further from the truth, it’s wasteful gluttony.

I live 35 miles north of Seattle. I have dreamed of a small house with a garden like yours. You’ve really hit the mark with the floor plan & decor. Nice job! GO HAWKS!

Love this home & garden. If it is for sale, I would be very interested. It reminds me of my friend’s home in Bellingham.

Cute home, but the pictures tend to focus on the flowers rather than the architecture of the home. Would rather have seen photographs showing a bit more of the actual rooms rather than focusing on the minor details.
