Considering the unsafe design of the loft – no railings – maybe the parents carry large life insurance policies on the children.

I bet this place is actually really warm and cozy feeling. I love the open spaces — very play- and movement-friendly.
I love it, practical and personal. It places an emphasis on spatial quality and cost effectiveness. That front facade has got fantastic texture, as well.
