This isn’t a small house, not really. According to the website, it’s a group of agricultural outbuildings, including a studio the owners can use as a weekend getaway. Which means their footprint is probably pretty big …
Somewhat sprawling, stark and spacious for a back yard getaway. Attractive for sure!
I AM LOOKING FOR A SMALL HOUSE TO PUT ON THE VINEYARD FOR SLEEPING PURPOSE. I DON’T NEED A KITCHEN, BUT SLEEP SPACE FOR 4-6. A SHOWER AND TOILET WOULD BE NICE!! ANY THOUGHTS LOCATION, NAPA VALLEY CALIFORNIA
