I assume this is an adobe house as we really didn’t see the outside. I just love it!!

Charming. But I don’t understand the need for such a low loft space considering this is a stationary project?

I was thinking the same thing regarding the head room in the loft.

Other than that, I like the place. 🙂

Awesome design. Love the minimalist low profile space. Couple of questions: Is that some huge tile downstairs?? or poured concrete??? How tall is the space upstairs. Looks amazing – – unless you gotta crawl around to enjoy it.

Love the open floor plan and how the house opens up to the outside – especially in that part of the country. Wonderful, laid back living.

This is a beautiful home but $230,000 is ridiculous. The whole purpose of the small house movement is to make nice living spaces affordable for regular people.

Love the painterly views framed by the window placements.
