Absolutely gorgeous, but once again, this is far from small. It looks bigger than my house and my house is almost 1000 sq. feet.

I’m not trying to be a jerk, but this website is small house swoon… Not tiny house swoon. I’m crazy about these homes because they are realistic. There are a lot of websites for tiny houses. Realistically, homes under 1500 ft.² are small (and few and far between in today’s market!) By the way… What a gorgeous place. It’s as close to perfect as I have seen. My wife and I love it!

I find this house gorgeous too, but I lived in Italy for many years and have been to other foreign countries. I believe the US is one of the very few country in the world where this would be considered small. This house and any house 800-1500 square feet in size in the rest of the world would be considered big-huge. The “realistic” part of the size that you are talking about is realistic in the US – in today’s market in the US. When I told my family in Italy that I bought a 1000 square foot home they were shocked at how “big” it was. That’s where I was coming from in my comment. But yes, this house is as close to perfect as I have seen and I would move into it tomorrow if I could.

You can build it on a much smaller scale! That’s what I’m doing!

Gorgeous traditional status-quo conformity with a twist or two. Very Nice.

LOVE this tiny home. Putty, you make traditional “status-quo” a dirty word. Traditional makes this little home work, beautifully.

Where are the specs? How many sf? How high are the ceilings? Where’s the picture of the bathroom – assuming there is one? And how much to build? This is the perfect small house, I think.

Hi, I love your Atlanta pool house. I’m very interested in this home to lace on my own property, Do you build these homes and ship them? /Can you please tell me both the size and price for this home? I am looking for the right place willing to work with me. I love your work and hope to be able to work together. Sincerely Patty H
