What is small about this house?

So glad it’s not just me thinking that! I just couldn’t stop laughing as I scrolled through the photos. My house (which is definitely not a tiny or micro home) would fit into this place about four times over!

Love this, is it for rent or for sale?

This is probably the most elegant A-frame I’ve ever seen. It looks like a huge piece of artwork in itself. I’m never thrilled when modern buildings are placed in among traditional houses; there is such a jarring difference, but this is Fire Island, so I guess the inhabitants don’t mind being of a more avant guard mind.

This is the perfect ultimate dream-house. The pool is definitely not wasted. Your kiddies can probably swim much safer than in ocean. It also would look great in a mountain landscape.
