I only wish that I could see the property pictures without all the FAKE furniture.

      Diana,

Go back up to the photos and find the last sentence “More info HERE”. The “here”, is the full listing for the property, description of the area and a map. Zoom out on the map and the Atlantic ocean is just east (your right). The home (so well done and cute!) is $200,000, abuts a park, walking distance to everything and six (yes 6) blocks from the beach!

What a marvelous way to start a new year!

      Robin

I forgot one thing, high impact glass…so great when weather gets rough!

These photos are a digital rendering. The perspective is off in some of them. In the livingroom the perspective is not right. The pictures on the wall appear to be floating and the far windows in the bedroom are actually distorted. Look at the closet doors in the bedroom. The dresser appears to be floating and the perspective on the bedroom windows is wrong. The shadows in the rooms look wrong. The grill in the backyard photo looks weird also. Whoever did these was not very good with their 3D software or with Photoshop. Does Small House Swoon verify submitted houses exist? I have never seen anything like this on here.

I think the house is real…..just not the furniture! The dresser in the bedroom is sitting on the base molding.

I really love this house. How much? I live 2 hours North but wanting to move back down South and this would be perfect for me.

Seems like it might be a flip and they are trying to make it look better than it is or there are some weird filters on it. Their trying to sell it for 80k more than they bought if for in April 2016. The idea of what they are trying to do is cool though

A very obvious fake. Not impressive in any way. Deserves to be removed from website.

Why are the photos digitally staged? So annoying. I think an empty room would have served better
