OMG! I want this house! I love everything about it, the furniture chosen, the colors, the patterns,
And, do I even need to mention the house itself? From the closed in front porch to the wood floors,
this is the house I want to live in for the rest of my life!

I was wondering if you build houses from the ground up or just restore.? I have fallen in love with the Bungalow house. It’s ..perfect!

What is sq footage? It would be great if the 1st photo of any posted small houses included that measurement. Thanks.

This house is PERFECT. I wouldn’t change a thing…just the name on the mailbox! 🙂

This house is at least 1500 square feet – there are hundreds of them in any given town. While I appreciate that it is well done, it’s not truly a small house by any reasonable definition. I come here to see what people do with small spaces! You could park a car in that kitchen! Does anyone vett these postings?

This home, by the number of high-fives it has received, is worthy of ANY website. It’s hard to believe it’s a renovation – it looks like a quality, new home build.

Where is the bathroom. Ist or 2nd floor. If not on the same floor as the bedroom then that dont work and if only one need a powder room on first floor.

Wondering where you got that adorable couch for the sunroom? Looking for something similar in mine and I like how yours fits the space PERFECTLY.

Please tell us where we can find these house plans. The Craftsman Bungalow and The Pendleton as well as any others in this collection. We would really like to know when we will get a response. Thank you very much.

This can hardly be called a “small” house… By the portuguese parameters, this is a big house!! And a lovely one too!
