I have attached some photos of the small house I designed and built at Port Sorell in Tasmania – it is only 81.75 sq. m (8.8 imp. sq) but it feels much more spacious because it is full of light and open space. It is low maintenance and passive solar design and is a lovely place to live in.

This is a wonderfully designed, welcoming home! I would be extremely proud of this accomplishment & to call it home!!!♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
What a delightful home!
I love this one!
How much does this home cost?
Wonderful!! I love the gardens — self sufficiency at its best.
Hi, lovely to see your small house! I also live in Tasmania in a small(er) house – ours is just 6om Most of my friends cant believe how we live in such a little space – but, as you show, it is easy to!
Just beautiful!
Yay, an Aussie home! Congratulations, this home is truly lovely. The use of white and timber in the kitchen/dining is great and I really like the wardrobe doors. I could on (and on), there are several ideas I could use at home.
I like a simple life in a simple tiny house.
Such a beautiful home! Love all the white and light.
Hi,
Simply beautiful!
I am building a tiny house in Bandera, Texas and wonder if you would consider selling or offering the blueprints from your design?
many thanks, Elizabeth
I too, would be interested in obtaining a copy of the blueprints or floor plan of this home. Lovely design!

Hi, how did the build in Bandera, Texas go? What are the laws with tiny houses?
Love this home just right except for the bath tub, rather a shower. Is there storage too?
I’ve been looking at houses under 1000 square feet and this is one of the best! I love the kitchen/living room together and how filled with light the whole house is. The outside is lovely, too. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house.
I have looked at several tiny homes and this is the one I love the most. It is beautiful!
This is one of my favorite style tiny houses and I’m considering building a tiny house sub-division in East Texas on land purchased by my great grandfather in the late 1800’s. It has all utilities and roads to it and is within the city limits of a city of about 80,000 people, has several small colleges and major hospitals there and an Amtrak station located downtown. (Two hours to Dallas/Ft.Worth by train). Any ideas from those that commented would be appreciated. I am not a builder or developer but could hire a capable lot/home builder to get that done. My wife and I would build in this community as well and I’d like it to be gated. Sites could be 1-5 acres because there’s no shortage of land. Your thoughts and ideas would be appreciated.

Jim,
Where in Texas are you building your subdivision?
