At the end of a long narrow driveway this Spanish-style cottage is tucked between twisty old oak trees and towering redwoods. Spring’s new cottage is a beautiful 674 square foot home that has a double-sided glass fireplace that faces both the bedroom and the living room, large windows that overlook the Orinda hill, and a brick courtyard that connects to the main home.

A 674 square feet home in Orinda, California built by New Avenue Homes.

BEAUTIFULLY Decorated! I love this place! It’s gorgeous and looks serene. It’s not too big and not too small…. LOVE IT!

I went to high school in Orinda – even though it’s down a driveway and small, that’s a house that would sell for $1m+

I love this house! Is there any way we can get a floor plan with some measurements of the rooms? I want one just like it.

What a beautiful space! There’s so much to like in every photo, but my fave’s were the small windows down the length of the front door, the chickens, paved courtyard area and the patterned sink and toilet in the bathroom – I’ve never seen anything like it!

PS. The slide out drawer/shelf in the kitchen is a real winner too!

I have looked at hundreds of small and tiny homes online and this one stands out from the rest. I love this house. I love the layout. It feels much larger than 674 sf. We have been wanting to downsize but cannot find anything like this in central Florida. It is perfect. (you would think that with all the older people in this state that some contractor would have thought about building houses like this here…there is definitely a market for them.

Many people occupy so much time in preliminaries and non-essentials that they omit matters of
importance. Any time multi-millionaire Gill Fielding has trouble thinking positively, she works to connect
her thoughts to the colour blue, Hamlet, or Shakespeare.
” To treat both of these groups the way you would want to be treated would be to lessen your effectiveness by at least 50%.
