Impressive design and build for a small footprint.
I’m always appreciative when a thoughtful photo layout shows me all the important views. “Well done.” to everyone involved, thanks!

Absolute sheer perfection! Looks like good use of space. Love the large windows to let in light. I would maybe have the ransoms open for air flow but that’s about all I would change. Would like to see the bathroom though.

For the Seattle Backyard Cottage. Is what I am looking for. How much will this cottage cost to build.

Truly a fun space for 650 square feet! I also would like to see the bathroom and what it costs to build. How is it heated?
Any chance it has radiant heat in the floor?

I am interested in the Seattle Backyard Cottage. I am working in Afghanistan but plan to retire at the end of the summer. I am originally from the Seattle area.
I do not have any property as of yet but I am interested in what the approx cost was to build this great little Cottage. It seems perfect for me. A single female. I sold my house last summer and I am trying to decide if I want to settle in the States or overseas.
I welcome your thoughts and and prices if possible.

Phenomenal…impeccably tailored to meet my simple needs…………….with Style! What few things I want to keep, this humble abode would make sumptuous sparkling and serene……………..INVITING.Having agreed with all the previous comments and had the same questions,I too would like all the specific details yet should start with maybe most importantly a price?

wow…like to have the blueprint on this one, this is one of the best one’s i’ve seen! Like the stairway’s w/ staring down with window ahead looking down at the river! Otherwise the way is laid out is awesome!
