Really enjoy these small houses as opposed to the microhomes on wheels. These are livable with a couple and dog or two (or cat), rather than surviving. Very pleasant.
I also live in a 620 square ft. house. I believe the high ceilings make all the difference in the world. The bedroom is not a high ceiling but worth it for the storage above the bedroom. Having a laundry room and a storage shed for all my tools and outdoor things is also really what makes it doable for me.

EXACTLY! This space is livable, but perhaps I’m just old enough to realize that I no longer just wanna survive!
I love this house!!! What would it cost to build on Vancouver Island?
Their pricing page was broken but you can pull it up in Google Cache.
This looks like a low end model which starts around $180,000.
There are also zoning requirements your property must meet.
Financing is available, though.
I really like this house, it looks like the kitchen would be big enough for all my appliances !
Love this! Love the recessed refrigerator and the hidden washer/dryer nook.
Who is the builder? I’m seriously looking into doing this!
Click on the links below the last photo, it will lead you to the builder and more info!
Love this place! I could live in it easily!

I adore this! The arched doorways are to die for. Just beautiful. Gotta start saving my pennies…
I love this house!!! I would like to have a carport. How much does it cost? How do you get the plans for it.
