shows the plans. The kitchen is small..with a very small fridge on one side and the sink is directly across from that on the opposite side of room. Stove must be beside the sink. Doesn’t show where it is placed in the plans. I love the washroom with the pocket door separating the toilet/shower from the sink area.
Why no pictures of bathroom & kitchen?? I see part of a side room, not sure if its bathroom & no kitchen. Please add whatever pics are missing. Thank you!
The house is located in Peach Tree, Ga. I think it would be great to go visit.. but not sure if those people want strangers coming to their home to look inside? I guess trying is the best to do and checking with the local police so you are not taken as an intruder.
No it doesnt! Maybe they have one of the hidden slide out cookers like they use on Tear Drop Campers? That would be one that would fit into this kind of home.
why is the living area of the cottage taken up with the bed? Seems like an impractical use of space. Also, kitchen pics would be great. It’s aesthetically lovely.
Hello,
Please tell me if this house plan is built in North Carolina? What is the square footage and what is the building to the back of the house? The pictures look like other homes are built next door. Is this a community of these plans or a communitiy of small homes of different plans? How can we see the floor plan and elevations and where can they be purchased? Also, do you have a telephone number of someone I can speak with? Thank you so much for your help and information.

Iy has a small Fridge, a Microwave & sink. Keep in mind it is only a Guest House and not meant for a long stay. Look at it as a Hotel Room that is separate from the house. It was built this way for Privacy.
Those small homes are in Peach Tree, Ga. Take a trip and look at them. I suppose the people there would be kind in answering your questions. “Good Luck”
I too am confused by the pics & lack thereof. There is so much really great about this house; but, I don’t get the double sink vanity in such a tiny space. Looks like the toilet may be behind the pocket door – which is a gr8 idea. I don’t get why they have a huge bed plunked down right in the middle of an otherwise cozy sitting area. Looks like they need a Murphy situation – or – a loft. I also love the idea of a whole community of these tiny houses. I wanna know more.
If you look closely the kitchen is in the front and to the side as you come in the front door. The bathroom and closet are in the back on the otherside of the wall behind the cabinet. Yes, pics would be nice but it clearly has a galley style kitchen set up. It’s functional. These look like cabins for vacationers hence the bed and a bigger, more luxurious bathroom than the kitchen. If you were building this as your home you might want to rework a bit. What I want to see is a loft for storage or guests or, for those of you who don’t like the bed in the living space; a bedroom. I’d also like to see a space available for laundry. Overall this is beautiful, spacious, functional and perfect for those of us who don’t want to climb a ladder to get to a loft just big enough for a mattress.
Are or can there be construction of a beach home such as the pendelton in and on the Jersey shore. Also an idea of price on a home such as the pendelton

I tried looking around to find more pics but they don’t have any extra interior photos. Here’s the website:

The house is not set up for a kitchen since it is just a Guest House. Thats the reason there is no Kitchen. Just thought I would let you know.
I agree….absolutely beautiful home…..but I would have loved to see the kitchen.
Bathroom faucet = Beautiful.
where in ga?

What’s the point of showing just the main part of the small house? Is there a kitchen? From what I could see it was a very lovely house.
I can clearly see where the kitchen is located….to the right of the foot of the bed!! Overall..great house.
As indicated by the floor plan, there is no kitchen

Its a Guest House.. no Kitchen. Just another way to add a Bedroom to the house and have its own area away from the main home.
I agree. Not enough pictures.
Same comment here. does not seem possible to have such a big kitchen and then also such a big main room. if it’s real, impressive spacial trickery!
oh… that’s the bathroom, I was thinking that pic was of the kitchen sink… Would be nice to see more info on these. Very charming.

Do you have the layout for this house? I’m designing my own house now and would like to see it. Thanks.

As I see in the pics the kitchen is smaller than the bathroom.

Location of this community and pics of bath and kitchen would be appreciated?

If the 5th view with double vanities isn’t a bathroom, what is it? Looks like a bathroom to me but they should show the whole room.
