i’m really interested in sips. did you do just the exterior walls with sips and how much did it cost? seems like it could be the only drawback
No wonder it looks spacious to me; my apt. is 296 sq. feet. Think I’d need some kind of railing or grip on one or both sides of the ladder to the loft but over all, I love this.

Makes perfect sense. A clarity of vision. Nicely done. I especially like the bathroom, the compact wood burner and the sliding bedroom door partition. A fine job all around… Congrats!
