Maybe it’s because my family of four lives in a 1,020 square foot home, but this does not seem “small” to me.

I understand where you’re coming from, Deb. I’ve come to realize you & I are the minority. So many people still believe they need 3,500+SF for a family of two!

This home effectively communicates the message that small homes don’t need to feel small.

I live about 35 miles from you. I LOVE THIS. I wonder if it could be made in a smaller version. Who was the contractor? What was cost if you don’t mind me asking.

SMALL? I think you need to change the name of this website.

I am looking to downsize, however I had no idea how until viewing your solution. Do you have information on cost and limitations? Where can I find blueprints on something like this? Can I talk to your contractor, and can he or she point me to someone in the Dallas-Fort Wort area? I can be contacted via the email in this post. Thank you for your consideration.

Very interesting exterior. It’s like a treehouse or watch tower. Less impressed by the inside. It reminds me of a modern version of that horrible wood paneling everyone put in their den or family room in the 1960’s. Too much of it going on. Since when does 1400 sq ft represent “small house” swoon?
