I see you have lots of windows which allows lots of natural light, however I see the cottage having two wood stoves, and this alone raises two questions.
How is the house handling the condensation on the windows generated by heat inside and cold outside?
Does the condensation tend to pool in on the window sills thereby creating potential scenarios for wet rot, mold and the like?
This is home, I’m originally from WA state and I am ready to move back home. May I ask a few questions, please? Size of lot; are there 2 sleeping room; how many baths; and last what is your asking price.
