Small House Forest Loop A two-story cabin in The Method Valley, Washington. Designed by Balance Associates Architects. balance associates architectswashington cabin by Steven Previous Post Next Post
You mean the Methow Valley.
It’s actually the *Methow* valley
We are in the market to build a small house and this one looks PERFECT for us! Where can we find more information on floorplan, etc?
What is sq. ft. It is adorable. Id love to own one like it,
Love the floor plan! More info please!
Awesome design. Love the open space. Did anyone find any information on the floor plan or more specifically, the square footage of this place yet?
The square footage (1650) and lots of other details are linked here in the brochure: http://www.balanceassociates.com/projects/fostercabindraw.html
Anything more than a passing thought or superficial like/dislike is often deleted or edited out on this site. It’s unfortunate that communication or interaction seems frowned upon as I have often read many valid points and interesting questions such as above that are never answered here.
Great house though, even though I normally wouldn’t care for so much wood in the interior, with this one it’s an exception !
Putty, there is frequently too much whining & moaning about things that are purely personal choices, I find, in many of the comments sections of the TH Swoon. I don’t know why people feel constantly compelled to share all their negative emotions on an internet home site. I surely wouldn’t want to live anywhere near 90 % of the people who comment on these pieces.
Balance Associates Architects link under the last picture has a pdf brochure that has the square footage. 1,650sf.
1650 sq ft, so not so small. Plenty of great design ideas, though.
There’s a link under the pictures to the architectural firm that designed the house. They have more on their site from small to quite large. I think you will find all your questions answered there. Just FYI, this design is the “Foster Loop”, not “Forest Loop”.
