It looks like they did work with the ‘bones’ of the original barn, incorporating the beams into the decor. I love it. It adds even more charm to this beautiful home. Every English home I’ve seen featured here is stunning. They seem to have an intrinsic knack for seamlessly weaving a bit of the “old world” flavor and style in with the contemporary to create a perfect balance of practicality, beauty and comfort.
I also like the way they added the washer (washer/dryer) into the ‘powder room’ so it can share the floor space with the other fixtures but without dominating the bathroom. The bathroom is still inviting and attractive without looking like a laundry room. Love that tub! Everything is beautifully done. Thank you for sharing. 🙂

Are those Poles in the Walls from the Pole Barn in their original positions or did you have to work around them?
