Nice – but – can’t quite figure out how this comes under the “Small House” category. I guess It’s all relative. It’s smaller than a 10,000 sf mansion. Nice use of containers.

I’m in love, so many fun details that make this home very unique!

This is a “tiny” house? It looks more like a convention center. Where do they keep the skate boards?

Amazing, cool, clever — Not a small house!

I get that this is Small House Swoon and not Tiny House Swoon, but this is not a small house. This place is massive.

It is impressive though. It’s just not anywhere near “small”.

This house is cool, but the purpose of this site is to post small houses. This house is huge! I’ve noticed this a lot lately. We want small houses!

I totally agree. This is a mansion which defeats the purpose of a blog on small houses. No matter the infinitesimal difference between someone’s definition of “tiny” VS “small”; this is enormous.

I want to know about those chairs. Can anyone tell me about the living room chaise/chairs/sofa? Too big for me but very nice.

Yes this site does occasionally loose its way and post some huge homes, “always cool but not always small house swoon”

I find this place much too sterile, looks ideal for an industrial office,

These can be smaller if you use the small containers which are half the size of the 40 ft. ones. These can be stacked into interesting configurations or added onto the ends or onto the tops of 40 ft.ones.

This is lovely… I can see this on top of a hill overlooking the views and relaxing… solar panels to supply needed electricity… a swim spa… a misting system for outdoor cooling… This is def something I am putting in my wish book.

Why are people so arrogant about something? Is these anger out of jealousy or something? If you do not like it, keep moving. Not hard to do. On that note, I love it! Personally, I think it is AMAZING! It is not technically a tiny home, but still it is a unique smaller home.
