Lots of nice photos but still left out a lot. Where’s the bathroom? What’s the second door down the hall? Maybe a washer/dryer area? What does the sleeping area look like?
This is nice but still my first thought is paint the chip board, varnish the floor, refinish what I presume to be the front door.
The space is good and has the bones to build a good design in , but this comes across to me as a project that was fleshed out for a photo shoot in 24 hours. It leaves me with the feeling that the crew will be back from holiday to get back to completing the temp build shown.
I would love to see this place to discern why I’m so attracted to it and whether it’s a cheesy “photo shoot” set-like failure or can really integrate the daring juxtapositions and contrasts without appearing contrived. Can “chip board”/particle board ever say anything but hide me? Seeing through the veiled hallway storage might be a clue of some sort? Is this a dorm room for the indulged at one of those trendy upscale colleges? LOL Sorry… I digress…
Back to the point of my writing, I LOVE THIS LAYOUT! The simplicity of the furnishings, the rough and
the polished, the GREAT SMALL SPACE!!!
