This little bungalow looks so livable – like I could move right in. Charming!

I’m appalled at the price. Cute going in , ghastly coming out. $330,000.00, really?
Instead of killing all of the lawyers, maybe Dick the Butcher should have said, kill all the realtors!

Love the bungalow (not the colors and furnishings!), garden, Portland, but the price!? Can’t blame it on the realtors, it’s the demand! But who would pay that much for 720 sq. ft? Ridiculous! Portland is great, but not that great!!

Portland is ruined by all the tech money moving in and all the greedy people buying up homes to make money off AirBnB. This little home is nearly every house in my neighborhood in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Right down the street are 40’s era bungalows and 50’s era ranches for 100-150k and only 2 miles from downtown. My atomic ranch is 900 sq ft and i paid barely over 100k for it. Move here, ride your bike to work! we have nearly as many breweries per capita as Portland without the high cost of living!
